It's simple. If you experience a problem covered by our warranty within the first 5 years of your purchase for Coop and within the first year of your Comphy purchase, (start claim below). We'll work with you to make it right - your satisfaction is our top priority.

What's Not Covered?
Our warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. But if your issue falls within the terms of our warranty, we're here to help.
