If I could give this pillow 10 stars I would. I am mostly a side sleeper. I recieved this pillow (King size Original Cut-Out Adjustable Pillow) as a gift. Now I am buying another for my husband. I woke with zero neck, hip or side pain. I am looked for the perfect pillow all my life and at 52 I can happily say the price is worth the comfort. I did not hesitate to purchase one. Where has COOP been all my life! When and if it wears out I'll buy another.

Would give 0 stars. It has been about a month now. I ordered the cut-out and the original. Nothing. The app "shop" simply told me a label was created. I called support TWICE a week apart to ask them about it. Both times they told me they were submitting a form to get a set shipped. And both times I then heard nothing. I was told I would get an email, but I didn't. I have no information. No confirmation. This is supposed to be a good company. Their prices are really high so I expect good quality. That includes quality of the product and how it gets to me. They say 2-4 day shipping but that's baloney. Will be calling today to get my money back. Never been so disappointed.
