Actually is cold!!

Can I put this pillow in the dryer?

Yes! We recommend putting the pillow in the dryer on low or no heat only. This helps fluff it up and redistribute the fill without risking damage to the materials. We recommend replacing your pillow every 3-5 years to ensure optimal support and hygiene. That said, if your pillow is still feeling great, there’s no need to rush! You can extend its lifespan by fluffing it in the dryer on low for 10-15 minutes once a month and refreshing the fill as needed. There are inconsistencies in your descriptions. One part of your website lists the cutout pillow as the choice for side sleepers who rotate to their back, while another page of the site lists the Crescent pillow as the choice for side sleepers who rotate to their back. I have Constant neck pain from two failed Fusion surgeries I'm a side sleeper do not need the cooling pillow which one would you recommend And if it does not work out, can I send back with free delivery? Thank you so much

I’m confused about which pillow is best for side and back sleeper. One page shows crescent to be the pillow to choose then another page shows cut out pillow is one for side and back sleeper. So which one is it?
