Outer Cover:

  • Machine wash separately in cold gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low

  • If the foam pillow becomes soiled, spot clean with a sponge and mild detergent
  • Wipe the pillow with a clean damp sponge, gently wring out any remaining water, and air dry

This proprietary cooling gel infused memory foam and microfiber blend disperses heat, and the new plus-shaped fill pieces allow for 50% more airflow than before.

Needs improvement

The pillow by itself is amazing. However, the case it came with is so slick it's hard to keep it under my head. Tried putting a regular case on it but it to kept slipping off. Customer service suggested coolside case but that's going to cost even more. Needs to be of cotton material. Company did not help with my situation. Said that's only suggestions they had to offer.

Best pillow I've ever owned!

This pillow has changed the way I sleep. I no longer toss and turn and it allows me to sleep cool. No more sweaty head!

What pillow?

I ordered a pillow after reading great reviews. Was provided my shipping info and waited a week, no pillow ever showed up. Tracking had never left the building. Tried to chat them, no response. Emailed them, they gave new tracking and it was delivered to another state. Called them, said would re-ship...never arrived. Tried to email again, tried chatting again...no response. I just cancelled with my CC company due to the lack of any response by Coop. Very disappointed.
