I've tried so many pillows. Orthopedic, tempurpedic, my pillow, down, etc. I pretty much had it in my head that I was just going to have to live with a sore neck. Then COOP comes into my life. Followed all the instructions. The smell wasn't an issue, covid helped with that, but I did fluff it. Slept on it the first night as is. It was too full for me even as a mainly side sleeper so I took about 1/4 of the guts out and tried it night 2. Still to much so I took another 1/4 out and had the best nights sleep, with no pain, that I've had in months! I am still sleeping great and I haven't had neck pain since. A big plus, with the extra stuffing included and the extra I took out, I made another pillow!
