I got this pillow after a youtube video of someone reviewing a bunch of pillows and said this was far and away their favorite. I have rheumatoid arthritis and often times find myself waking up with an extremely stiff neck. This pillow hasn't cured my arthritis but it has done a great job at limiting the extent of the pain

I bought a Coop pillow for my husband a few years ago, then this year I started having trouble with my neck. Oh my gosh, sleeping was so much better and I woke up with less neck pain as well. I got the cooling pillowcase because I sleep hot, but was disappointed in that. It was not any cooler than other pillowcases. I love my pillow and will be buying some for Christmas presents! I would give it 5 stars for the pillow, but took one away for the cooling pillowcase.

I like the fill of the pillow and the texture of the pillowcase, but I think the cooling properties have been a little overstated. The pillowcase is super cool to the touch, but is warm within just a few moments of contact. I wish I had a regular to compare!
