7 Days To Better Sleep...And A Better You

Day 1

We've prepared a very special lesson for you on day one, where you will learn the CAB system of sleep optimization. We'll guide you through what the acronym stands for and introduce you to our Facebook Group where you'll have a network of like-minded people supporting you every step of the way.

Day 2

On Day 2, we'll be guiding you through a complete bedroom re-design to help you eliminate all items that are harmful to your precious sleep. We'll show you what to replace them with so you can re-train your brain to fall asleep on demand.

Create Better Mornings And Restful Nights

Day 3

Have you heard of the circadian rhythm? It is what your body uses to your daily activities, such as breathing, mental focus, and yes... even sleep. We'll be covering the circadian rhythm on Day 3, as well as how you can reprogram it so you can optimize your sleep and enhance your day.

 

When you successfuly retrain your circadian rhythm to the optimal sleep patterns, your body and mind will begin to function like a well oiled machine.

Day 6

It's difficult to fall asleep when there is so much going on through your head. Anxiety is actually one of the biggest contributors to insomnia! If this is you, the challenge on Day 6 is going to be one of the most important things you can do for your sleep, because we will be guiding you through one powerful pre-bedtime ritual to calm your mind, get clarity, and empower yourself to fall asleep faster and longer.

Day 5

Most people find it difficult to find the time to engage in daily exercise. Children, work, and other life events sometimes get in the way causing us to put exercising on the backburner. Unfortunately, this is crucial when it comes to getting good quality sleep. That's why on Day 5, we are going to guide you along an exercising routine that you can impliment to not only get in better shape, but also acheive better sleep.

Day 4

Did you know that there is one task that you can do every morning that sets the tone for the rest of the day? If you didn't, that's okay, we'll be teaching it to you on Day 4. When you turn this into a consistent habit, you'll be able to wake up every morning feeling accomplished and fulfilled.

Day 7

Although this is the final day of the training, this day is the most important. If you follow along through all the other days, you would have noticed that your sleep quality, energy level, and overall health has drastically improved. You're falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. But it doesn't stop there.
