You've done great so far, and we are just one day away from the last day of the challenge, where we've prepared something very special for you.

 

In today's challenge, we are going to tackle one of the things that keeps most people awake at night: mind chatter.

 

Although many people maintain a healthy diet and proper exercise, they still struggle to fall asleep at night because they can't turn off their endless thoughts and relax. They are worried about all the things they have to do the next day and become consumed with all the stressors of life. This in turn keeps them awake longer than they need to be.

 

If this is you, don't worry— today we'll guide you through an exercise that will help you tune out all those thoughts. With time and consistent practice, you'll notice that you'll be able to fall asleep faster because that weight has finally been lifted off your chest.

Day 6 Challenge Summary

Make a checklist of all the things you need to get ready for tomorrow, and accomplish them all tonight.

 

  • Pick out your outfit, prepare your coffee maker, prep ingredients for tomorrow's breakfast, pack your lunch, etc.
    • Preparing ahead of time will give you clarity and peace of mind in the morning.
  • Write down 3 tasks you want to accomplish tomorrow in your C.A.B. journal.
  • Reminders:
    • Clean up your bedroom
    • Follow your sleep and wake up times
    • Journal for C.A.B.
    • Make your bed in the morning
    • Exercise in the morning
