Exercise in the morning to get the blood flowing.

  • Based on your fitness level, energize your morning with exercise.
    • You can do jumping jacks for 2 minutes, go on a brisk walk, do pushups, situps, etc.
  • Keep your room free of clutter, set your alarm clock, write in your C.A.B. journal all before your designated bed time.
  • Share your experiences from the challenge so far in the Facebook group.
