Stick to a consistent sleep schedule daily.

 

  • Set a bedtime and wake up time--and stick to it, even on the weekends.
    • Set your wake up time and count back 8.5 hours to set the time you should be in bed by
    • This helps your circadian rhythm by allowing your body to signal when to sleep and when to wake up
  • Take a photo of your alarm clock in the morning and share it in the Sleep Challenge Facebook group to show others what time you're waking up
