Day 2 Challenge Summary

Transform your bedroom into your sleep sanctuary.

  • Declutter your floor, desk, and bed
  • Limit your night stand to the essentials (book, cup of water, C.A.B. journal, etc.)
  • Make sure your cell phone isn't within arm's reach of your bed
  • Eliminate as much light as possible
    • Some sources of light can be your power strip, charging cables, or alarm clark
    • You can cover these light sources or put a piece of tape on top
  • Move an air purifier into your room
    • Indoor air is often more contaminated than outdoor air
  • Set your thermostat between 60-70 degrees
  • Grab your journal and finish your night with C.A.B.
