Wanted to love it but it won't last

I do enjoy that it seems to keep my pillow cooler, however it has started pilling like crazy and I've had it for less than a month. It's just not durable

Good idea, not durable

The cool side does work… but after less than a month of normal use, the cover is pilling, and threads are coming loose. Good idea, but my regular pillow cases are far more durable. (Note to Coop: I bought this on Amazon, if that makes any difference…)
