Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

First of all, we're grateful to be able to continue operating our business and providing sleep products that'll help bring you comfort during this alarming time for us all. As a company that prioritizes health and wellness, we want to reassure you that safety is at the top of our minds. We are taking precautionary measures in order to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and protect both our customers and employees to the best of our ability.

As of Friday, March 13, members of our team who are able to work from home have been instructed to do so until further notice.

Meanwhile, we’ve increased the frequency of sanitization within our warehouse. Members of our shipping department are spaced at least six feet apart from each other and are equipped with gloves and face masks. They are regularly:

  • Sanitizing counters, door knobs, tables, and any other surfaces three times a day
  • Washing hands thoroughly at least once per hour
  • Washing hands thoroughly after using the restroom, sneezing, and touching the eyes or mouth

We are monitoring the situation carefully and continuing to take guidance from the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and local authorities. We will also continue to update this page with any new information we have and helpful resources that we find.
